Cindemir Law Office

WELCOME - Who we are?

Situated in the dynamic legal landscape of Istanbul, our law office stands as a beacon of international justice, with its roots reaching back to the historic year of 1892. It was then that Hafız Hüseyin Hüsnü Efendi, a revered figure in the Ottoman judiciary, laid the groundwork for our legacy. His expertise was not confined to local matters; he was a visionary in international law, a trait that ingrained a global perspective in our family’s legal tradition. This dedication to international jurisprudence became the bedrock of our practice, setting the stage for a legacy that transcends borders and time.

In 2004, this enduring commitment to global legal advocacy was reignited with the establishment of our office by Hakan Cindemir. Inspired by the international legal prowess of our forebear, our firm was founded not just as a business, but as a continuation of a storied legal heritage. When Gökhan Cindemir joined, he brought with him not only a deep understanding of the complexities of modern international law but also a shared devotion to our ancestral values. Together, their combined expertise bridges the past and the present, honoring the legacy of Hafız Hüseyin Hüsnü Efendi while skillfully addressing the challenges of today’s interconnected legal world.

What We Do ?

At Cindemir Law Office, we provide legal services for individuals, companies, and international clients who need legal support in Turkey. Our work covers a broad range of matters, including debt collection, enforcement proceedings, commercial disputes, corporate law, real estate, immigration, inheritance, family law, criminal proceedings, administrative disputes, and cross-border legal issues.

We regularly assist foreign clients with the recovery of receivables in Turkey, the enforcement of foreign judgments, commercial litigation, contract-related disputes, and negotiations with Turkish individuals, companies, and public authorities. We also advise clients on company formation, shareholder matters, business transactions, and legal risks arising from commercial relationships.

Our office also handles private client matters such as real estate transactions, title deed issues, lease disputes, residence and citizenship-related procedures, family law, inheritance cases, and compensation claims. Where necessary, we represent clients before Turkish courts, enforcement offices, administrative authorities, and public institutions.

In addition to these core areas, we provide legal support in technology, digital platforms, financial regulation, blockchain, crypto assets, and disputes involving digital or financial assets. These matters are handled as part of our wider experience in commercial, regulatory, and cross-border legal work.
